1. Pre-Sale Definition: Pre-sale items refer to products that are made available for purchase before their availability date. The Pre-sale closing date is September 1st 2024.

 

2. Reservation and Payment: By participating in a pre-sale, you agree to reserve the specified item(s) and make the required payment in advance. The payment amount may vary depending on the pre-sale terms and conditions.

 

3. Release Date: The release date of the pre-sale items will be after October 5th, 2024. Please note that this date is subject to change. 

 

4. Order Confirmation: Upon completing the pre-sale purchase, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirmation will include details of your purchase, such as the item(s) reserved, payment amount, and delivery costs (if applicable) 

 

5. Cancellation and Refunds: Pre-sale purchases are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. However, if the seller cancels the pre-sale or fails to deliver the item(s) within a reasonable timeframe after the Release Date, you may be eligible for a refund. The refund policy will be clearly outlined by the seller.

 

6. Delivery or Availability: The pre-sale item(s) will be delivered or made available to you on or after the specified release date. Delays in delivery or availability may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and IOMWC24 will make reasonable efforts to inform you about any such delays.

 

7. Product Changes: IOMWC24 reserves the right to make changes to pre-sale item(s) before their release. These changes may include modifications to features, specifications, or design. Any significant changes will be communicated to you, and you will have the option to proceed with the purchase or request a refund if the changes are not acceptable to you.

 

8. Limited Availability: Pre-sale items may have limited quantities available. The seller will allocate the available items on a first-come, first-served basis. If the demand exceeds the available quantity, the seller may prioritise orders based on their own discretion.

 

9. Refunds: Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. All sales are considered final. We can not offer refunds or exchanges for any products.

 

10. Governing Law: Under Australian Consumer Law, most products and services bought in Australia come with automatic consumer guarantees that the product purchased will be of acceptable quality, that is: safe, lasting, and with no faults. If you believe your product is not of acceptable quality, you can apply for a refund from merch@iomworlds.com. For a full refund to be given, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be returned at your cost with the original packaging, and to complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
